Although law is not a CA’s primary area of expertise, it is still vital for all CA aspirants to have a solid understanding of certain business laws because these lawyers frequently deal with tax and company law issues, in which case their knowledge of business laws would be extremely helpful. Additionally, since these lawyers must also be shrewd and persuasive communicators, we have to study business correspondence.

BUSINESS LAWS

1. The Indian Contract Act, 1872
